Design Management and Deputy CEM
With the Principal Director operating as Deputy CEM, this project highlights the BTS Group’s experience in working with Network Rail and suppliers to arrive at the optimum design for F&F Series 1 electrification across the route.
- Senior representation to Network Rail, providing design & engineering assurance progress updates on design and to resolve complex design issues associated with railway electrification.
- Scoping the earthing and bonding requirements for this section of railway based on the Crossrail West Outer Electrification project.
